Jeff Lingenfelter joined the US Insurance Distribution of John Hancock in 2016 as the eServices Director providing technology platform support for all Distribution.  Prior to joining John Hancock, he spent several years at Lincoln Benefit Life and Transamerica providing distribution technology support for tools including electronic applications, drop tickets, data feeds, and various other 3^rd party platforms used by distributors.  From an industry standpoint, Jeff is a member of the Life Brokerage Technology Committee (LBTC) Steering Committee.  The LBTC is an independent industry group consisting of carriers, vendors and distributors, that focuses on the development and exploration of best practices related to technology issues within the life insurance industry.
