After the Agent Executes the Initial Application

Option 1: Consumer Completed (UComplete)

Advantages:

• Email or Text sent to consumer to fill out medical questions online.
• Fast (usually within 24 hours), and Accurate.
• Data from consumer processed immediately OR processed by an automated underwriting system.

Option 2: Agent Completed (AgentComplete)

Advantages:

• Agent continues the application in real time to complete medical questions.
• Fast, and data from consumer processed immediately OR processed by an automated underwriting system.

Option 3: Call Center Completed (CallComplete)

Advantages:

• Proposed Insured is contacted by a call center to obtain medical history, and can serve as a back-up or warm transfer for UComplete or CallComplete.
• Data from Call Center forwarded directly to the carrier OR processed by automated underwriting system.

Option 4: Examiner Completed (ExamComplete)

Advantages:

• Proposed Insured is contacted by a paramedical vendor to schedule an in-person time to obtain medical history, and can serve as a back-up for UComplete or CallComplete.
• Data from Call Center forwarded directly to the carrier OR processed by automated underwriting system.
