Most insurance conferences happen in a ballroom. The inaugural ITX Derby happens at Churchill Downs — and the pass includes the races.
This is the first-ever ITX Derby Conference, and we’re building it around a simple idea: bring BGAs and carriers into the same room during Derby Week, and let the setting do real work. Distribution and product, in a context that turns conversations into partnerships.

What your two days look like
Day 1 — Race day at Churchill Downs Biscuits and bourbon to start. Brunch and main stage programming through midday. In the afternoon, reserved trackside seating to watch the races live.
Day 2 — At the museum Brunch and main stage programming, including a panel on the trends shaping our industry — moderated by Ken Leibow. In the afternoon, we’ll watch the races on the museum’s screens with a pari-mutuel teller on-site so you can place your wagers without missing a beat.
Throughout both days, an exhibitor floor with the carriers and partners shaping insurance right now.
Who’s invited
This pass is reserved for BGAs, insurance carriers, and advisors — the people who make our industry move. The event is capped at 400 attendees, and since this is year one, those seats will help define what ITX Derby becomes.
