• Cultivated the Axos Bank Private Client division from concept into a $500M customer base through disciplined marketing, business intelligence and an enriched client experience that included identifying new lead channels and optimizing digital content, automating the sales process and designing exclusive services and products for the high-net-worth luxury market.
• Conceived and implemented strategic marketing plans that contributed to soaring sales at LPL Insurance Associates’ BGA from $2M to $50M within four years.  Marketing initiatives included development of a robust advisor training program with webinars, symposiums and tradeshows, as well as a comprehensive top producer program; all of which, contributed to a 35% sales increase.
• Leveraged expertise in client segmentation and customer experience mapping to create a go-to-market strategy that included an integrated, point-of-sale website and other advisor tools, which increased new insurance sales by while optimizing case processing.
