We are currently recruiting for a critical role within the business:
Senior Manager / Director – Professional Services and Client Solutions
The Senior Manager will lead the Professional Services (PS) team in the development and delivery of services and solutions for existing and new Customers. The PS team is a mix of developers, business and actuarial analysts, project managers, and other related resources.
This is a “hands-on” role and, in addition to the core responsibilities and accountabilities, will also be directly involved with all aspects of the business, including Sales support, and be an integral part of the overall company Management team.

- Lead and manage the PS team in delivering builds, deployments, QA, continuous improvement, productivity, and overall performance.
- Constantly and continually explore for new ways to drive efficiencies, improve quality, escalate Customer Experience and drive revenue and profit growth.
- Deliver tangible best in class levels of Customer Experience to drive Customer retention, organic growth, and New Business acquisition.
- Actively involved in Product Roadmap design, development, and execution.
- Build Client relationships based on trust, confidence, and delivery.
- Work with 3rd party vendors, off/near-shore resources, and other strategic partners.
- Establish transparent and efficient communication protocols to track progress, identify obstacles, share information, motivate, and keep relevant stakeholders informed and engaged.
- Search for new business opportunities within existing Clients.
- Collaborate with the President, ownership, and other key stakeholders to build and execute strategy, deliver customer solutions, explore growth opportunities, and drive overall business improvements.
Expertise & Experience
- Life Insurance industry experience – product and distribution experience.
- Proven and advanced professional Project Management skills with a history of delivering high performing solutions, on budget.
- Advanced knowledge in building and utilizing KPI’s critical to monitor progress and performance.
- Expertise and knowledge in building project estimates and proposals.
- Current and advanced Technology skills and aptitude, and comfortable with terms: SaaS, SDLC, C++, VB, Cloud, ACORD 103, KPI’s, Calc Engine, Front-end, GUI, API, and many more!
- Motivated and proven to deliver in a small to medium sized, entrepreneurial business where no task is too small, too big, or ever out of scope.
- Effective at leading diverse multi-functional teams in a software development environment.
- Proven at entering a new business and driving change without fueling chaos or disruption.
- Track record of building strong Client relationships.
- Relevant mix of skill, experience, and education.
