Role Description
Paperclip is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with great attention to detail to join our Mojo team. This is a full-time remote sales engineering role for Paperclip Mojo Service.
Responsibilities
- Providing technical support and sales engineering activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicate with prospects and customers to define development specs and tasks needed to get them through the onboarding process and communicate those needs to the technical team for implementation.
- Manage Mojo customer accounts as well as provide technical support and troubleshooting for any issues that arise.
- Maintaining form libraries and onboarding updated forms for the Mojo service.
- Lead a team of offshore BPO providers that support data entry and human validation for the Mojo Service.
- Work cross-functionally with the Paperclip sales team to drive customer adoption and growth of Paperclip services.

- Strong organizational skills • Collaborative mentality •
- Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them in non-technical terms
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Experience in the life insurance/ financial services industry preferred
