Our platform is really cool and offers tremendous value to our users. In order to make NIC part of their everyday lives, they need to first realize the benefits. We need a Client Success Manager to work with our customers to on-board and train their users and drive continuous usage of NIC.
Some of the activities will likely include;
Creating use cases and user training programs
Hosting webinars and training sessions for Carriers, Distributors and Agents
Demo the platform to NIC customers
Reaching out to existing customers to set up webinars and training sessions
Participating in customer conferences and webinars
Reaching out to individual users to offer support and gather feedback
5 plus years of experience working in the life insurance industry
Strong understanding of the different insurance products including product service requirements
Understanding of the industry stakeholders including the various roles with both the Carriers and Distributors
Comfortable creating and executing online training programs for users
Ability to create content, videos and manage web properties while working with a limited budget
Super high energy, very creative, positive attitude and fun to work with
