Felicia McElhaney is a senior director, life Insurance solutions at LexisNexis® Risk Solutions. She joined the organization in 2025 and is responsible for bringing new and updated life insurance underwriting solutions to market.
Felicia joins us from the start-up Day Forward, where she was chief underwriter and director of claims responsible for establishing overall underwriting philosophy and creating data-driven programs, scoring engines, and risk tolerance rules. Additionally, she’s worked closely with reinsurers, actuaries, technology partners and marketing to develop and bring innovative life products to market. Felicia has over 30 years of life underwriting experience and is passionate about the internal and external user experience.
Gretchen Juneau
SVP of Underwriting Solutions, PartnerRe
Gretchen Juneau is a seasoned leader in life insurance underwriting, with over 35 years of experience driving innovation, strategy, and transformation across the industry. She began her career at Prudential, where she held a variety of underwriting roles and ultimately led initiatives in accelerated underwriting, data-driven decision making, and departmental oversight—including the Underwriting, Medical, and Transformation teams. In May 2024, Gretchen joined EMC Life to focus on strategy and innovation, and in December 2024, she started with PartnerRe, where she currently serves as senior vice president of underwriting solutions for the US life team.
