Job Description:
We are seeking a Head of Growth with proven experience in selling software to insurance companies in the United States. This role will be pivotal in expanding our presence in the U.S. market, driving sales, and fostering strategic relationships with key players in the industry. This is a fully remote position for professionals based in the U.S.
Responsibilities:
•   Develop and execute growth strategies for the U.S. market.
•   Identify and secure new business opportunities with life and health insurance providers.
•   Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and strategic partners.
•   Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align solutions with market demands.
•   Set and achieve sales targets, driving revenue generation for the company.
Requirements:
•   Proven track record of selling software to insurance companies in the U.S.
•   In-depth knowledge of the U.S. life and health insurance market.
•   Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
•   Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on achieving results.
•   Fluency in English (Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus).
Preferred Qualifications:
•   Previous experience in startups or high-growth businesses.
•   Expertise in innovative technologies applied to the insurance industry.
