Website Project Lead
This role is a remote part-time 1099 position, requiring approximately 10-15 hours per week during standard business hours.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage website design and development projects from inception to launch
- Work with clients to identify action items
- Coordinate delivery of content and provide suggestions for content layout for key pages
- Assign and monitor tasks to our design and development team
- Assist with layout and content placement on the development website
- Review completed work by team members
- Provide client with budget/timeline updates
- Assist with the website launch process
- Assist with testing/QA
- Lead weekly project calls with clients
- Keep the project deliverables on track
REQUIREMENTS:
- Assist in client meetings to review and gather requirements, disseminate feedback to the internal team
- Participation in weekly team meetings to discuss projects
- Extremely high attention to detail and the ability to provide quality control
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and oral communications skills and ability to adapt to a wide variety of personalities
- Knowledge of user experience, design, and online technologies
- Proficiency with WordPress
- Great organizational and multitasking skills with ability to prioritize project tasks
- Strong sense of initiative and adaptability
